The COA is happy to have the assistance of Kendall, our Maintenance and Home Repair Manager. He can assist with labor for minor home repairs (i.e. fixing a leaking sink, thawing frozen pipes and applying heat tape) as long as the the materials needed to make the repairs are purchase and provided by you.  Estimates for and construction of wheelchair ramps are also provided as time allows.  Repair requests are prioritized on a daily basis. Kendall is in the office every other week so it could take up to a week to hear back from him once your name is place on our referral list. Suggested donation per repair task is $10.
