Register of Deeds

                                   In better serving the public, our office is open Monday – Friday,
                                    (with the exception of Newaygo County recognized holidays).  

 Documents can be registered/recorded until 4:00pm.

 U.S. Passport Application process is available until 4:00pm.

 Independent* Document Search is accessible in our office from 9:00am to 4:00pm                             Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays.  *Staff is Not able to assist in Document Searching.

When mailing in documents to be registered/recorded, please remember to mail to:                        Register of Deeds –  P.O. Box 885, White Cloud, MI  49349.                                                                               

A self-addressed and stamped envelope is requested to be included along with your document(s) and fee payment.   This will ensure prompt and accurate return of your documents to you.
