Seniors and their family members gain a clearer understanding of COA services and receive referrals to other programs, both within COA and from other organizations, for which they qualify. They also receive assistance in locating resources to fulfill their needs. Case managers can also provide support with Medicaid and Medicare inquires, along with addressing numerous other challenges faced by the senior community. These professionals are available to identify needs, develop and monitor service plans, and advocate for and communicate with additional agencies when further services are needed.
