*Bidder must have a valid driver’s license or state ID along with a deposit of $1,000.00 in the form of cash, certified check or wire transfer. Note: All certified checks need to be made payable to you and then
endorsed when tendered as the deposit.
*The full purchase price must be paid the day of the sale! This will consist of the bid price, 10% buyer’s premium and $59.00 per parcel deed preparation fee.
