Citizen’s Guide

The purpose of the Citizen’s Guide is to provide more transparency of local unit finances to the citizens. The intent is to provide a simple graphical presentation of the most important financial measures, in a manner that can be easily understood by the average citizen.

The purpose of the Debt Service Requirements is to provide a comprehensive listing of all Newaygo County annual debt service requirements beginning with the current fiscal year through the debt retirement of each applicable debt issuance.

Performance Dashboard (PDF)

The purpose of the Performance Dashboard is to present financial and operating measures that are most important to Newaygo County and its citizens. These measures are fiscal stability, economic strength, public safety and quality of life.

Projected Budget (PDF)

The purpose of the Projected Budget is to present the current as well as the subsequent fiscal year budget for the county General Fund in a format that can be easily understood by the average citizen.
