EFS (Electronic Filing System) Fee
Beginning March 1, 2016, a new electronic filing system (EFS) fee is required to be paid at the start of each civil action for which a filing fee is required. For the majority of probate cases, this fee is $25.00 and is to be paid in addition to the regular filing fee as noted in the fee chart above.
The fees can be paid by cash, check or money order.
