EFS (Electronic Filing System) Fee
An electronic filing system (EFS) fee is required to be paid at the start of each civil action for which a filing fee is required. For the majority of probate cases, this fee is $25.00 and is to be paid in addition to the regular filing fee as noted in the fee chart above.
The fees can be paid by cash (exact change ONLY), check or money order.
